  If your query or purchase is PC related go in 'read up, researched & informed' before you do because too many of the staff in here have not had any technical or product knowledge training on the goods they are selling. I was told by the store manager that memory does not affect the operating speed of the device I was looking at and that adding more would slow it down. Manager was more interested in the hard sales push on 'expensive optional high profit markup for PC world add on's' he was trying to push at me being, AVT, external drives, Know How support @£7pcm, USB back up & storage devices, carry cases etc., than the actual purchase I had gone in to make. As said - do not go into this store without first reading up on the product you are looking to buy or you could very well be sold something that is below the specifications you are expecting and are effectively useless to you.
